Calculate your ideal daily Calorie Intake, whatever your goal!

Follow the step by step instructions and use my calculator below in order to calculate your ideal daily calorie intake for your goals. 

 

Step 1. Input Your Personal Information

  • Gender: Select "Male" or "Female."

  • Goal: Select "Lose Weight", "Maintain Weight" or "Gain Weight"

  • Age: Enter your age in years.

  • Height: Input your height in either inches or centimeters.

  • Weight: Enter your weight in either pounds or kilograms.
     

Step 2. Determine Your Activity Level

  • Sedentary: Little to no physical activity. Strength training less than 2 times a week and less than 5,000 steps per day.

  • Lightly Active: Some physical activity but mostly sedentary. Strength training 2-3 times a week and 5,000-7,500 steps per day.

  • Moderately Active: Regular moderate-intensity exercise. Strength training 3-4 times a week and 7,500-10,000 steps per day.

  • Very Active: Intense exercise most days of the week. Strength training 4-5 times a week and 10,000-12,500 steps per day.

  • Extremely Active: Professional athlete or similar level of intense physical activity. Strength training 5+ times a week and 12,500+ steps per day.
     

Note: To get a more precise assessment, consider factors like the intensity and duration of your workouts, your overall daily activity level, and any other physical activities you engage in.
